So excon here's the scenario. Trump presents Mexico with a bill for the cost of the wall and Mexico laughs its head off from the top head of government all way down to the poorest of the poor. What KIND of wall will it be? The hig-falutin fancy dancy big buck kinda wall all billionaires builde or a puny cheap ineffective wall? Trump goes first class I expect in everything so I'm pretty sure he will  DEMAND, INSIST,ORDER  the most expensive. Might that be litigated in some kind of international court?
