Why dilly dally? Order him to appear like every other citizen is ordered to appear. He is not special. He is not above the law. He does not have to be "handled delicately". Why pretend he is any different than joe blow and Don Schmo and Digger O'dell(your FRIENDLY undertaker) or Barney Fife? I don't get it. Tell him what he has to do.
