At the top of list of requirements for being a GOOD CONSERVATIVE REPUBLICAN is to blame/insult/attack the victim. Isn't it?

They all do it all the time no matter whom the victim is, what the situation.  Are they born that way or configured by sinister forces to be that way? Their old people do. Their young people do it. Their middle-aged people do it. Is it an oath they take as well? SIGH.
