We make mistakes and we learn from them and do better. If we believe we never make a mistake then how can we learn anything and do better?

If you have no desire or ability to LEARN anything then you are stuck in a rut that will never change. You will keep doing what doesn't work and never realize that the problem is the method and obviously obsessed same-method user. Isn't it?
