I tend to consider things beyond their average pondering. Everything is strange if you take the time to observe it.

I don't accept things at face value, but I'll give hearing to most if not all. Cool thing about the truth, it usually surfaces all on its own... Despite efforts to bury it.

Maybe onion-like? The more time you take to figure it out the more layers you peel away? I think we react to things quickly and move on because we either don't have or don't take enough time to really understand them. And then there is always our prejudices that can further  muddy things. If we could just see what is really there without prejudice maybe folks could get along better. Sometimes though the more I try to understand something the more confused I get. Which is very unsettling.  Thank you for your reply  lovely! :)

Whose truth? I think we each have our own truth and it is formed by how we think, what we experience and what our prejudices are FNR. Some folks think a certain pol is the  Devil. Others think he is an Angel. Whose truth is true?  I know. It's complicated. Thank you for your reply and Happy Tuesday! :)

There is such a thing as verifiable fact. Fire burns when you stick bare skin in it, as an example. That isn't my version of truth, that's a fact.

Another amazing thing about the truth... It's true regardless of whether or not people choose to believe it. That is a matter of human perception, not an absence of truth. Science would have taken mankind all of nowhere were truth relative to perception.
