He is so desperate to change the conversation fron from criminal activites and those of his toady cronies/the Comey Book that he will do anything at anytime to any one to control the conversation. How can he do that you ask? He is capable of all evil at all times for all reasons. He is driven by fear/terror that everything he has been trying to hide for years will be revealed. He cannot stand that so he keeps "acting up" like children often do to delay the inevitable. THE DAY OF RECKONING. It is fast approaching for him and like a rat in a cage he is becoming more erratic/frantic/frazzled/unhinged.
