Years before The Titanic sank two books were written that predicted it. Prescient/coincidence?

The Titanic sank April 15, 1912. !500 plus folks died

W.T. Stead, the author of  "How the Mail Steamer Went Down in Mid Atlantic, by a Survivor" was written in 1886 and he died on the Titanic.

"The Wreck of the Titan or Futility" was written by Morgan Robertson in 1898.
