Can someone who knows clear something up: what are the standards of mutual user respect on Twitter, and has our petulent President exceeded them with his childish name calling?

Maybe, but can you imagine a US President getting kicked from a social site for not being social enough ?

I don't use twitter, so I have no personal knowledge.

Various searches for "mutual respect on twitter" and similar formulations revealed nothing even remotely helpful.

I did find this site, however---But I would never be cite it as a "clear and concise" explanation of anything.

Neither do I, Tom. I was wondering if Twitter is just a free-for-all bitc*-athon, or if there is some moderation.

IMO, there is an undeniable collapse of integrity, honesty and decency in our public figures and in John/Jane Doe lives too...

I don't know, but I think that Melania had to rethink her pet project of "cyber-bullying" because of her husband's tweeting.
