Do you view the United States as a STRONGMAN power or rather as a laughingstock due to inept erratic impotence? Why?
Both are scary of course. But one is mindful, intelligent,competent, sane. The other is a loose cannon tumbleweed and is blown hither and yon and in-between knowing naught and knowing not which direction it will be going next.
