The "him" is Michael Cohen. The "fixer" for donjohn for ten years plus. When the don hit it big and went off to the big show in D.C. he left his "fixer" behind. No job for him in D.C. He ignored Michael completely while surrounding himself with longtime friends about whom he DID care and for whom he DID FIND jobs. Then the tide turns and you, the "fixer", are suddenly VERY IMPORTANT to your client. You know where all the bodies are buried so to speak (figuratively) so he FINALLY issucking up to you and paying lots of attention to you. He is a desperate man humongously terrified of what you know that could hurt him and he will do/say/pretend anything to convince you to take a figurative bullet for him and spend decades in prison because you won't make a deal for yourself. You are in very serious trouble. You have a family. Do you cooperate and answer honestly every question asked of you or do you keep mum, refuse to talk and spend many years in prison to protect the client who abandoned you when it was convenient for him to and then he is suddenly sucking up to you shamelessly transparently humiliatingly? What would YOU do and why?
