Per Caltech an asteroid-grabbing spacecraft could be built for about $2.6 billion. Asteroids have precious metals on them so of course are of interest capitalists. It's all abount the money honey. Now billionaire Elon Musk has a company called SpaceX but has said nothing about any plans to mine asteroids. He is mum. Not showing his hand. Playing it close to the vest. Isn't that best?
