I like to eat light for breakfast so I usually just have eggs, bacon, ham, cheese, sausage, pancakes, waffles, maple syrup, oatmeal, toast, butter, jam, biscuits, honey, cold cereal, milk, orange juice, tea and coffee.
I have an egg and toast or fruit with peanut butter about three hours after I wake. Then I have dinner in the evening, or rather my evening. Sometimes my schedule turns upside down.
