After 29 minutes of verbally manic diarrhea one of the 3 hosts on Fox & Friends shut him up, cut him off by saying "we know how busy you are". Imagine that? A Fox&Friends host was the one with the hook who yanked the gibbering idiot off the stage because he was tanking very badly. All the john of don has to do is keep doing that every morning until Fox&Friends no longer takes his calls. :)
