If/when you change docs there is a conversation that precedes the transfer of files. You ask that your files be transferred to Doc B and Doc A does so. You don't just send in your thugs (Lawyer/Bodyguard) to TAKE THEM without advance notice or permission. If what Bornstein sez is true is true what say you?
