To the degree that john of don is unsuitable to be prez, it is to that same degree he hires incredibly unsuitable people. Why else?

His limitations are many and thus he is restricted to hiring others as limited as he is. He hates for anyone to outshine him. He hates for anyone to be the center of attention but him. He hates anyone who isn't  a subservient  obedient quiescent pubescent adolescent reverent adoring worshipper.
