Former Health & Human Service Secretary Tom Price said that "repealing Obama Care's individual mandate drives up the cost for others in the market". Is that TINO talk or what? I mean hasn't every single thing that the john of don does cut cost? Didn't he promise a chicken in every pot? Didn't he promise the best healthcare at less cost? He only got a tiny bit done but that tiny bit ought to cost those affected less, right? HE PROMISED!
