"Pleading the Fifth will be impossible". Said by someone referring to john the don. Why does he think so? Do you? What choice is there?

The john of don dare not be deposed by Mueller. He will lie and he will fry. He dare not answer the questions truthfully because he will fry if he doesn't lie. So he is stuck in a box with no exit. What else is left but pleading the 5th and taking whatever comes with that? IMPEACHMENT for sure, right?
