I don't know what percent of the brain's potential we use but do you think the day will ever come when we use 100% of it?

Take a pill? Imbed an electronic thingy in the brain to stimulate it 24/7? Play around with the DNA in utero and create a genius? Would you support it or do you think there are some things humans should leave alone and creating specialized humans is one of them?
