Sessions long ago recused himself from any involvement in the investigations so doesn't Giuliani understand how that works? Aren't recusals meant to be for the life of whatever the person recused him/herself from? A judge recuses from a case. A lawyer recuses from a client. An attorney general recuses himself from involvement in something in which he was involved himself early on. That seems very fair to me. I don't understand why Giuliani said what he did. Doesn't he know better?
