Do targets of hate tend to be more or less than the haters? How? Prettier, smarter, nicer, kinder, sweeter, wiser? Or less?

I guess you can't throw all haters int the same pot There are those who are TAUGHT to hate "the other". THose who buy hate along with the political party that promulgates it. Those whose lives are so awful they lay blame on others and hate them greatly. Is hating a natural-born inclination among some? Is there a gene for hate, love, joy, sorrow, kind, cruel?
