Consistent vacillation indicates consistent indecision. A trait that makes anyone great. Unpredictable/undependable. How great are thou?

I don't know about that.  Some people fashion stock decisions or responses to fit particular situations and don't allow themselves to waiver from that while others try to be more sensitive in considering each situation that comes up individually.
