"Patriotic Americans on both sides of the aisle". Are there? How is it patriotic to attack freedom of speech?

What is so patriotic about supporting a demon demagogue who DEMANDS others to perform revenge/retribution on their perceived enemies? What is patriotic about raping a country financially and appoin tment thugs in position of authority to join in the rape and pillage and theft? Outing intelligence sources just for  political revenge? That endangers them and those with whom they worked and their families. How is that patriotic?
