Per the US Edition of The Guardian humans represent 0.01% of all life and have destroyed 83% of the wild animals and half the plants. WHY?

Plants make up 82%  of living matter while biomass is only 5%. That includes bacteria, what livees on land and in the sea. Puny small potatoes aren't we to do so much damage/ Of course those who get off on hoaxy fake news will not ridicule it. They don't care. No dog in that fight. No reason to know about such things. Knowing/not knowing makes no difference to them. Why should it?

    George Carlin has a great stand up about this.  But it is loaded with profanity.  It is filled with swear words, but he is using them for shock value and it's funny because the types of people (humanity in general in this case) are so sick and twisted, that the swearing pales in comparison.


    When I listened to this routine, I cannot believe we lasted this long.  And when you hear the Evangelicals preach, they think this is their playground to do what the want, shoot up anything and God wills it as long as you are an EVANGELICAL.

    George has a special routine for the pious too.  It has more swear words.

    I shall just imagine it Sharon. I was really shocked to learn about this. I know we destroy everything we touch but 83% of all wild animals that ever lived gone because of us? Half the plants that ever existed gone? We're really good at destroying. I had no clue. Thank you for your reply. Vis a vis what will face Evangelicals in the beyond? I personally think they are all committing BLASPHEMY supporting and consorting with a demon.     Well, Trump is counting on destroying the other 27 percent.  Since he knows he is going to lose this battle with Mueller, he is hell bent on burning down the world to deflect his own fate.

    I agree. The Legislative branch is dead. The Executive branch is led by a bully monster and all we have between us and he** is the Judicial Branch. Sadly they caved a little yesterday which they should not have done.They agreed to give SOME of that top secret info to NO COLLUSION don. They were our last hope. SIGH. Where is OUR MIRACLE? Where is our DEUX EX MACHINA? Where is our dragonkiller?
