Homeland Security Secretary said she is unaware of the Intelligence Community's report of Russian meddling in our election. Comments?

The don excoriated her in a meeting in front of other cabinet members for not securing borders yadayadayada so is this her attempt at sucking up to don juan and getting back in his favor? Playing stupid dumb to get back in his good graces  or is she REALLY that stupid dumb?
