Hiring only the people who agree with you is hard to do when you keep changing your mind all the time. How d'ya expect them to keep up?

Ya tell your staff one thing and then when they go out and repeat what you and they agreed to you undercut them and deny it and then yell at them, attack them, insult them for simply repeating what they thought you wanted them to say. I have a solution. That will be in the next question.  SIGH.
