The Weinstein mouthpiece says "bad behavior is not on trial. Only Criminal behavior". Sez Weinstein didn't invent "the casting couch". Ouch?

So the Weinstein mouthpiece admits the casting couch was part of the script Weinstein FORCED women to read then? He insists none of it was criminal? No assaults? Only consensual sex? No threats. No intimidation. No coercion? He expects us to believe that? Do you?
