If your only reality is NOW then you won't realize all the lies don juan told in all the yesterdays nor worry about what all those lies/incompetence/greed/corruption will bring futurely. It is a very comfy place to be. That way you can totally believe every word he says about everything all the time no matter what. I can understand how easily one could fall for that. Each day stands alone and is all the matters. Only NOW. There was no before and all tomorrows will take care of themselves. Must be nice to live in that reality. :(
