So we got a ginormous tax cut for the wealthy folk. How does that affect our debt or is there no affect at all on anything?

Except to insure that the rich get richer and the poor stay poor?

I see it this way.  TIME.  You know how Trump takes credit for the economy that Obama built and lies about it?  It took Obama time to redirect the economy and put it on its feet.

Well, the people like yourself, who jumped for joy because Trump got them an extra hundred or THOUSAND whole dollars one time on their tax refund, cannot see past this next year or two.  Pretty soon, (like right now) people are not going to be able to afford anything because no one will deal with the USA.

    No one.

    See?

Harley Davidson were Trump supporters until he started this tariff b.s. and now they are forced to leave the country or go bankrupt and Trump won't let them.  He is forcing them into destitution.

But of course, you drank that kool-aid and believe he is gonna make you prosper.

    SIGH.

They already had left the country because of tariffs....all Harleys sold in India are made in India to avoid their 200% tariff......and that was long before President Trump. This was just an excuse for them to move more jobs. I am done with HD.

As I have told you before I am a business owner and I know how business was under Obama and I know how it is now under Trump and trust me I will take Trump's economy all day long. If it was Obama's that built the economy....he took way to long to get any credit for it.

I don't know about the debt, but right now many think that because they saw a tax cut (of any size) it was good.  I doubt they'll be saying that when their taxes go back up in 2020.

Meanwhile they don't put 2 and 2 together when they go into the store and buy Milk for 4 dollars because steel costs more money.  Steel is used for farm equipment and everything else that is GOING up in price to compensate for Trump's mentally ill decisions.

And the rest of us pay and pay for the retarded faction of this nation that we let fester

King don doesn't think futurely. He thinks only about NOW So do all his adoring worshippers. They cannot project. They cannot foresee. They cannot look beyond their noses. A genetic anomaly? Thank you for your reply Shuhak and Happy Wednesday to thee! :)

Agreed!  He lacks foresight.  His trade war is going to send this country back into a depression, but he can't see that far ahead.

I heard that on the news today. The tells are beginning to surface. A bad recession/depression is just what the country needs. King don will blame that on Hillary/Barack/the Dems/the Muslims/women/immigrants/poor people/old people (He is VERY OLD but is unaware of it) sick people, "TENDER AGE" babies/toddlers/infants/ people of color. Apologies to any scapegoats I left  out. SIGH.  Thank you for your reply Shuhak.

I could make a point that it doesn't really affect our national debt ... because the amount of our national debt is the same amount as the "unaccounted for" funds of just 2 departments.

There are GAAP ... Generally Accepted Accounting Principles ... which businesses are held to.

Then there are CGAP ... Chaotic Government Accounting Procedures.
