Unrelenting furious enraged rants attacking a multiplicity of hated targets. How much hate can a body take before it disintegrates/explodes?

Old. Fat. Out of shape(was never in shape). Unless the 24/7 enraged attacker is a robotic automaton doesn't the human body have a limit to how much negative emotio/hate it can take before it just unravels and drifts off into the the ether?
