The sum of the whole is greater than the parts. Some like the whole but not the parts. Some are the exact opposite! WHY?
That's the same as liking the cake but disliking the ingredients or liking the ingredients but not the cake. It doesn't make sense to me how that can be. Doth it make sense to thee?
