Ultimatum. "Leave the country with your kids or leave without them". Hint. Leaving is not an option. Which option would YOU opt for?

With/without. Within/without. It is a sin to flee for your life/to save the life of your child. Is is a sin to seek asylum. Is is a sin to bother others with your problems. They have their own. How to make more money faster  being the main one for many. How to screw more people more faster plays a big part in that It takes all the focus they have you see. Screwing folks and making money is a full-time job!.Seeking asylum did not used to be ILLEGAL. King don sez it is. Well then that settles everything doesn't it?

    Leave with my kids. 

    Seeking assylum is not illegal. Crossing the border at an anywhere other than the Port of Entry is illegal even if you plan to seek asylum. 
    If you cross at the Port of Entry and seek assylum....no one is arrested.
