We have no way of knowing what they will do or say. Or how close they will be to each other. Or what kinds of "friendly" gestures will occur. We KNOW King don is besotted with Vlad. So does Vlad. I wonder what he will require of don to prove his love/devotion/fealty? Rename the United States "The United States of Russia"? Can he do that with the help of Congress? You remember them don't you? They used to be part of the check-and-balance system to insure a stable government. Now they are whiny scairdy spineless sycophantic toadies who roll over when King don tells them to.
