Despot dictator men do not need women for sex. They can do it themselves or with one another. They need women for procreation. Forever?

Think if despot dictator men could procreate alone they would or are they too chickensh** to stand the discomfort tht goes along with it? Brave men. How brave would they remain hour after hour after hour after hour in a delivery room?  Would they rise to the occasion ya think?
