It matters not what you say or do. All that matters is your delivery. HOW you say it. How's YOUR delivery?

Some folks can say "go to he**" and are asked "when would you like me to leave"? Others can say it and folks get all hissy fitty tantrummy self-righteously IRATE and whiny. SAME WORDS. Different delivery. I guess having a good delivery system in place is priceless.
