Wouldn't STOPPING RUSSIAN MEDDLING IN OUR ELECTIONS be a much better way to do that? One is superficial packaging. The other is substantial content. Packinging is thrown away anyway. It's just for show. Doing something about the content is all that matters. When d'ya suppose TGITWH plans to do something about THAT?
