  • Since when does "evidence" have to be valid, authentic or incriminating to be useful? The name of the game is threats and coercion. Wining is the prime objective and if anyone doesn't believe it, they don't understand how it's played.

    That which tends to prove or disprove something. Grounds for belief, proof. Data presented to a court or jury in PROOF of the fact at issue. Plainly visible conspicuous.

    What you describe is not evidence as is defined in the dictionary. What you describe is lying denying obfuscating. Threats and coercion are not evidence. I agree that winning is the prime objective and it is quite often achieved by specious means. Words mean different things to different people. I quoted from the dictionary what "evidence" means to me. You do not agree which is fine with me.  Thank you for your reply and Happy Saturday to thy (it rhymes) DA.
