If TGITWH shuts down the government who will get hurt the most and who won't even notice? Will pols still get paychecks?

Will social security checks still go out? Will FEMA come to the aid of states during disasters? What goes on as if nothing happened and what stops dead in its tracks immediately? Does anyone know? Do all lights go out, all utilities turn off, House and Senate go dark and lock up? How much money will we save? Will  TGITWH suffer at all in any way?

    Basically National Parks close....amd unessential employees on laid off temporarily. 
    Politicians still get paid...they should not in my opinion. 
    SS checks still go out.
