It would be a CLASS ACTION lawsuit charging him for WRONGFUL DEATH! Is it possible to prepare such a lawsuit not knowing how many participants there would be in advance but having the lawsuit open-ended to add on those of us who die? An automatic trigger so we can sue him from the grave and our famlies would get the proceeds? Inquiring minds wanna know these things.
