Obviously TGITWH is unconcerned about health. He is obese. He doesn't exercise. He doesn't care about health insurance. Ya NO Y?

He focuses on himself and his wealth. Primarily mostly always. Everything else is not his concern. So he goes his merry way reducing standards to help keep us and the planet healthy. He doesn't give a sh** about any of it so his adoring worshippers don't either. Figgers! :(
