What in the Hell would you disbar them for?? You don't like their looks? They are not obligated to resign just because somebody wants it that way. Refusal to resign or to ditch a client isn't the basis for being disbarred. The Bar Association won't disbar a member simply because you don't like a client. Isn't this taking a dislike for due process to the extreme?
You are either missing the point of my question or get it and wish to avoid it. Your rant notwithstanding lawyers are officers of the court. What obligations do they have? Do you know? If a lawyer KNOWS his client murdered someone is he obliged to inform the court or does he become a co-conspirator? Do you know? NOw that I have called your bluff are you still in the game or are you going to fold? Inquring minds wanna know.
