Don't know if you are familiar with the storyline. But because of a malfunction and futile attempts to stop it Moscow is destroyed. The only solution to stop a world war is to destroy New York which the prez does. Fade to black. Could it happen? I dunno. What machine is infallible? Can you imagine a prez like TGITWH dealing with such a crisis as that? What would he do? How many people would he consult?
