If you are not in the public eye and famous no one give's a rat's a** what your folks say/do. They will never know about it. BUT if you are then they do and so what/to whom are you obligated? Your parents or your beliefs if they differ radically from that of your parents? If you are put on a spot do you admit your folks are wackadoodles and you don't pay any attention to them OR would you defend them because you love them or just ignore folks who ask embarrassing questions and tune them out? Whatever you choose to do someone is gonna be ticked off majorly. :(
