So he makes 10 promises and "keeps" 12. What are those other two "promises" he neglected to disclose in advance? He made them silently to himself and only talked about them AFTER he kept them? I s'pose that is a possible explanation. In fact isn't the only explanation? Otherwise it is just more gibberish inane nonsense.
