So that BIG HUGE ENORMOUS military parade that TGITWH wanted is gonna be delayed till 2019. Too costly. Won't it cost more NEXT YEAR?
Originally estimated at $30 million bucks it is now estimated it would cost $90 million bucks. So don't things always increase in cost over time? Why not do it now while it's cheaper rather than wait till it isn't?
