Sessions should have told President Trump he was going to recluse himself so President Trump could pick an AG who would do the job.
Deputy AG Rosenstein should also recluse himself from overseeing the investigation. He is a potential witness in both the Comey firing (he wrote the letter recommending President to fire Comey) and the Russian collusion (he signed at least one of the FISA warrents involved)
