In harems of yore males were turned into Eunuchs via castration. No threat to women or to the male whose harem it was. Impotent. Servile. Obedient. Fast forward to the US Congress today. Eunuchs that a man (the prez) can trust to be servile obedient docile. How did he do it? Does it matter?
