The flag went to half-staff then back up then back down. DA GUY refused to comment on McCain's death 'til he was FORCED to do so. Shameful?

Apparently White House staff had written individual statements commenting on McCain's death but DA GUY refused to let them release them. DA GUY has to approve everything everyone says or does or thinks. WHATTA GUY DAT GUY BE. WHATTA GUY! Sigh.    WHATTA GUY.
