Nothing is perfect of course. There is ALWAYS a fly in the ointment. The fly in THIS OINTMENT is that some people of color can pass for white and so what d'ya do then? See? You CAN JUDGE A BOOK BY ITS COVER sometimes can't you?
Deportation is not based on color. It is based on if the person came into the country legally and if they have been granted permission to stay in the country. White Europeans get deported as well as "people of color".
