Could McCain have possibly shown more disdain for donjohn?

He has a RUSSIAN DISSIDENT as a pallbearer. (That's a big screw you in itself directed at you-know-hoo). He requested that both Barack Obama and George W. Bush give eulogies. Joe Biden was also asked to give a eulogy which he will today. McCain said he did not want donjohn to attend his funeral. He BANNED don. Might as well have deported him to lalaland. Not being in the spotlight kills the don. What will he do to get it back again? I know. Either start a war, fire his entire staff or go out into the street and shoot someone to prove he can get away with anything. I think he is capable of any/all of those things. Which would YOU choose for him to do to get back the attention he cannot live without? WHY?

In the end, McCain gave Trump the middle finger and had the last laugh.

It was deliciously wrought  and elegantly delivered. I don't know if you heard all the speakers at the ceremony on Thursday in Phoenix L but they all spoke of how NOT like donjohn McCain was never speaking the name of the elephant that wasn't in the room by invitation and order. Especially Joe Biden. He started out by saying "I'm Joe Biden. I"m a Democrat. I loved John McCain". And from there he spoke with emotion and passion about his long-time friendship with John McCain. I expect we shall see/hear the same things from all subsequent speakers. I look forward to the last ceremony on Sunday with former presidents Barack Obama and George W. Bush adding to the mountains of praise for Senator McCain in speeches they were invited to give by Senator McCain. What I do not get are the haters who are viciously attacking the mourners and McCain and the media for covering it. No doubt on behalf of the donjohn who has been put in his place most professionally by a far superior man...even in death. Thank you for your reply L! :)

I didn't hear all of the speeches, but the news did play the Biden clip where he said he was a Democrat.  they had a very special bond over the years which is heart-warming.  It showed that even though they were of different parties and backgrounds, they could come together for the good of the country, something that will not likely happen under this administration.

I think he who shall not be named has put out a blanket hit on anyone who dares to reach across the aisle and say to kind word to or about "the enemy". Everyone is wired! Thank you for your reply and Happy Saturday L ! :)

I agree.  They are petrified of him - at least until after the midterms.  I hope they all lose their seats although I doubt that's likely.  Happy Saturday. :)
