If the White House staff keeps shaping him and reconfiguring him and redirecting him and rephrasing what he "meant to say" and containing him and constraining him and preventing him for actually doing what he wants to do when he wants to do it how he wants to do it how much of super don is actually leading the country and how much of him just thinks he does? Talk about a conspiracy of great proportion he is just a figurehead...a beard. So who is running the country then?
